SHIPPING POLICY


SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME

Orders have an approximate delivery time of five (5) working days. The delivery time begins to run once the payment of the order has been made into our account. Delivery periods do not include weekends, or holidays, (Working days only). We recommend you to verify that all the data provided by you are correct, trying not to have errors in your delivery address, because it is not possible to make changes of any kind in the destination guide once the package has been removed from our facilities.

During a regular working week from Monday to Friday, 1-2 working days are required to process and verify orders. Please allow additional processing time if you order on a holiday or on the weekends. Barring complications, most orders are shipped within two business days. Complications may include, but are not limited to, an unverifiable mailing address or an unauthorized credit card. If there are any problems in processing your order, you will be contacted immediately.

SECTION 2 - STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Please allow 7-14 business days for your package to arrive in the Continental United States. We gladly accept P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Please be assured that each item in your order will be handled and packaged professionally, with the utmost care. Processing and shipping includes postage, distribution costs, order processing costs, payment processing, and product insurance when guaranteed.
