退款政策

Nuestra política de devoluciones es válida por 7 días a partir de la fecha de compra. Recibirá un crédito por el monto exacto del valor que pagó o puede elegir cualquier otro artículo que le guste por el mismo precio. No se realizan devoluciones en efectivo. 

Intercambio por talla

Por favor, envíe un correo electrónico a viatgera94@gmail.com cuando vaya a devolver el artículo. El título del correo debe ser "Intercambio de Mercancía". En el contenido del correo debe especificar su nombre, número de pedido y el motivo de la devolución. Si es un intercambio por talla, especifíquelo en el correo.

Si su devolución es aceptada (basada en el momento en que se comunicó con nosotros/el tiempo transcurrido), le enviaremos una etiqueta de envío de devolución para que pueda enviarnos el artículo por correo.

Los clientes son responsables de pagar cualquier tarifa de envío de devolución ($5.50), incluso si pagaron por el envío en su pedido inicial.

Para ser elegible para una devolución, el artículo debe estar sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibió. También debe estar en su empaque original.

Productos no retornables:

1. Trajes de baño para mujeres.
2. Ropa interior para mujeres y hombres.
3. Tarjetas de regalo.
4. Mercancia en especial

Para completar su devolución, requerimos un recibo de pago y número de rastreo. Por favor, no envíe su compra de vuelta al fabricante.

Hay algunas situaciones donde solo se pueden garantizar reembolsos parciales: (si aplica)

• Cualquier artículo que no esté en su condición original, esté dañado o falten partes por razones fuera de nuestro control.
  

Crédito

Una vez que su devolución sea recibida e inspeccionada, le enviaremos un correo electrónico para notificarle que hemos recibido su devolución. También le notificaremos sobre la aprobación o rechazo del crédito.

Envío

Para devolver su producto, debe enviarlo a: Viatgera, PO BOX 2 HUMACAO PR 00792

Dependiendo de dónde viva, el tiempo que tome recibir el producto intercambiado puede variar.

Si está enviando un producto con un valor mayor a $5, debe considerar usar un servicio de envío rastreable o comprar un seguro para el envío. No garantizamos que recibiremos su devolución.

RETURNS


Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. You will be given a credit for the exact amount of the value you paid or you can choose any other item you like for the same price. No cash back. The credit must be redeemed within 30 days.

 Please send an email to viatgera94@gmail.com when you go to return the item. The title of the email should read Exchange of Merchandise . In the content of the email you must specify your name, order number and the reason for the return. If it is an exchange by size specify it in the email.

If your return is accepted (based on when you contacted us/the elapsed time), we will send you a return shipping label so you can mail the item back to us.

Shipping 

Customers are responsible for paying any return shipping fees ($5.50), even if shipping was paid for in the initial order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable products :

1. Women's swimwear.

2. Women's and men's underwear.

3. Gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a payment receipt and tracking number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control

* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after shipment.

Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of credit approval or rejection.

If approved, then your credit will be processed and automatically applied to your name for use within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are sending a product with a value greater than $5, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing insurance for the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
